OchreOnline delivers ongoing monitoring and management of your IT infrastructure. This is called a Managed Service Plan (MSP). Essentially OchreOnline becomes your IT department, either assisting a staff member with the harder things, or looking after everything for you.
OchreOnline charges a monthly fee for each Computer, Server, or System that you put on a plan. This covers those devices for the listed services. We offer bespoke pricing based on your unique needs, depending on the size and complexity of the site.
Together we can also discuss anything that is outside the square, and build you a coverage plan for anything you like.
Everything else not listed in, or devices that are not on a plan are excluded from coverage.
These will cost extra, charged at our great VIP rates and still get our fantastic response times.
Essentials.
This plan gives you basis coverage with anti virus protection, backup, and monitoring of your systems, and access to support at our VIP rates.
A great choice if you just want to make sure your systems are protected and you can get support if you need it.
Premium.
All the Essential coverage with unlimited remote support.
Unlimited remote support via phone and remote desktop access, and coverage for disasters if you need it.
If its not part of a covered option and it needs an onsite visit, that is charged at VIP rates.
You also get a discount on any items purchased from the web store.
Premium Plus.
All the Premium coverage with unlimited onsite support.
Priority remote support via phone and remote desktop access, and priority onsite support when you need it.
If its not part of a covered option and it needs an onsite visit, that is charged at VIP rates.
You also get a discount on any items purchased from the web store.
On site support outside of Metro Darwin.
If you need support in Mataranka, Tennant creek, or any place between, arrangements can be made for support visits.
